History
1960 Monsanto develops the AstroTurf® artificial grass CIM technology and starts its production in Westport CT USA.
1970 Monsanto sets another production plant in Ghent, Belgium.
1997 Monsanto forms Solutia Inc., a chemical/plastic product manufacturing business spin-off company.
2007 Solutia transfers production from Ghent to Oradea, Romania. Time Technoplast starts investing in KS SEZ in Poland by founding NovoTech Sp.z.o.o. (i.e., greenfield investment).
2009 The North American segment of the Solutia Plastic Products business (i.e., production and marketing rights) is sold to a 3rd party investor. Concurrently, NovoTech steadily gains market share in Europe.
2010 Time Technoplast acquires the European plastic products business from Solutia including the global AstroTurf® and ClearPass® brands (i.e., production and marketing rights). Time Technoplast consolidates the acquired business with Novo Tech.
2011 Asian and European CIM business of The Technoplast are separated (i.e., focus on their respective geographic business areas) and managed locally.
2014 Time Technoplast decides to focus on its existing operations in Asia and its core business industrial packaging, and seeks for a new investor to support its future growth.
2015 AVALLON, Private Equity fund acquires NOVO TECH Group.
2022 Finalization of ISOSPORT Gmbh's acquisition of Novo Tech Sp. z o.o. (Poland) and its subsidiaries (Grass Tech SRL (Romania) and Grass Tech Solutions sprl/bvba (Belgium)) from Avallon Sp. z o.o.
2023 Changing the names and branding of our group entities as part of the integration process with ISOSPORT Gmbh
Grass Tech Solutions sprl/bvba becomes ICOFORM Srl/Bv
Grass Tech Srl becomes ICOFORM Srl
Novo Tech Sp. z o.o. becomes ICOFORM Sp. z o.o.
