Logo Printing

The final stage of the process is printing. Selected flaps are printed with the customer’s requested logo, which can vary in shape, color, and size.

We use screen printing technology, operating two semi-automatic machines. On each machine, a screen is mounted with the specified logo design. The screen contains fine openings through which the ink is pressed, allowing the image to be precisely transferred onto the surface of the material.

Once printing is complete, the flaps pass through an automatic pre-dryer and are then placed in a heating room for approximately three hours to ensure proper curing and durability of the print.
