General Production Process
Our unique CIM technology enables us to produce extrusion‑based products with true three‑dimensional characteristics.
The production process begins with the delivery of high‑quality raw materials—LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, additives, and masterbatch—directly from our warehouse or silo. From there, each product follows a carefully controlled manufacturing path to ensure consistent performance and exceptional quality.
Grass Roll Production (CIM Line)
The grass geometry is currently the most frequently produced 3D structure in our portfolio. Using our advanced Continuous Injection Molding (CIM) line, we process LDPE or LLDPE blends together with additives and masterbatch to create a variety of grass rolls and mats. These products may be delivered as finished goods or used as semi‑finished materials for further processing.
Sheet Production (CP Line)
Sheets are manufactured on our CP line using HDPE. During this process, the grass layer is laminated onto an extruded HDPE backing, resulting in durable, high‑performance sheets. Depending on customer needs, these sheets may be supplied as finished products or passed on for additional finishing steps.
Flap Production (Finishing Department)
Flaps are produced from sheets in our dedicated finishing area. They are cut using CNC machines, CSAW systems, or guillotines to achieve precise dimensions and shapes. Additional finishing options include:
- Screen printing customer logos
- Bending flaps into customized forms
All flaps are delivered as finished goods.
Quality Assurance
Quality is integrated into every stage of our production. All components undergo thorough inspection:
- At the start of production
- During processing
- At the final stage before shipment
This ensures that every product meets our strict quality standards and fulfills customer expectations.
