What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for all our entities (Romania, Poland and Belgium).
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Responsibility for balance sheet and P&L statement, cash flow.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audits.
- Group reporting.
- Enforcing the internal control throughout daily operations.
- Involved in process design in a new SAP project.
- Contact person for banks, authorities, auditors.
- Role in strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, SAP and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership, team management and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinking, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ethical judgment & Integrity.
- Fluent in English; German language is an advantage.
